Make neo4js AMD compatible to allow loading via an AMD compatible loader like requirejs.
This would make it easy too minimize and optimize a whole project.

Since version 1.7, jquery is officially amd compatible too. Take a look at http://requirejs.org to get the AMD version of jquery
