Make volunteer windows recurring

Feature Description

Creating single volunteer windows is cumbersome. Want the ability to flag a window as recurring, need weekly right now. In the future add other recurring cadences like daily, monthly, etc.

Expected solution

• Add recurring weekly checkbox to the window scheduler
• Add ability for volunteer to sign up to the recurring schedule, with the ability to cancel instances.
