High and Medium vulnerabilities found in latest jar release

Describe the bug
The following vulnerabilities have been found through anchore scan of the image using latest version of kafkaer jar:

MEDIUM Vulnerability found in non-os package type (java) - CVE-2024-26308
MEDIUM Vulnerability found in non-os package type (java) - CVE-2023-35116
HIGH Vulnerability found in non-os package type (java) - CVE-2023-2976
HIGH Vulnerability found in non-os package type (java) - CVE-2023-39410
