Custom textures?

Hi, just starting to work with this plugin from the tutorial, I haven't really figured it out yet. I am really new to programming, so I don't know a lot yet.

I haven't gotten it working well enough to worry about this just yet, but for the future, my question is: is there a way to import a custom texture for the dialogue box in this plugin? The current dialogue box is great, but doesn't fit the aesthetic of my game. Just curious, thank you.
