Improvements to Monitoring Tool

From Luca's notes on potential improvements to the CMR Monitoring Tool:

• Change rolling number of days to 30
• Fix scaling or number of tics on X-axis so as to be readable for 30 days of data
• Consider all days with products > 0 up to 3 days ago, compute mean and standard deviation, send email if last day is less than mean - 2 sigmas (or Slack message)
• Clarify inputs vs outputs (as X axis title):
  • “HLS input: HLSS30”, “S1 input: SLC”
  • “OPERA OUTPUT: DSWx-HLS”
• Filter query results for HLS.L30 to exclude Landsat 9 derived products
• Filter query results for HLS.S30 to exclude everything but Sentinel-2A based products (clarify in legend)
