Adding an object to a Tabs View suppresses its browse bar, which includes functionality such as Snapshotting and the Independent Time Conductor. This is particularly troubling with Independent Time Conductor, as it can be enabled and configured on the object's main view - but when the same object is viewed in a Tabs View, the ITC is not affecting the view, which is different from how the ITC operates on objects when placed in other view containers like Display and Flexible Layouts.
