FW_RELATIVE_PATH_ASSERT Not Supported Outside F´ Modules

Problem Description

ASSERT_RELATIVE_PATH needs to be defined for the assert level FW_RELATIVE_PATH_ASSERT to function. If it is not defined then there is a compile error.

However, that field is only automatically defined on normal SOURCE_FILES to register_fprime_module. It is not added in custom user code, OSAL defaults, an other extranormal files.
