Wiring Diagram from ESP to Rika Stove

Is it possible to post a wiring diagram, do I need a galvanic isolation or level Shifter between ESP and Rika Stove ?

Thank for your interest in this project.
Currently i haven't done any test with the stove, so for now i would not recommend that you use it.
I will add a schema once I have tested and confirmed it's working.
As far as I know no galvanic isolation is not need, but some level shifter may be required as the original GSM module (similar to a TC35i) use a RS-232 interface.
I have seen both a direct connection and with a RS-232 to TTL adapter.
