update to current game on division 2 builds tool

new exotics, near gear and new buffs and nerfs to certain to almost all gear in game currently is not on the website. throws off all numbers and cant make builds to direct accuracy. please fix/update. thanks in advance!

We are aware of the Y6S2 changes, there are a lot of changes so it will take time to go through them all.

I think we'll focus on adding the new stuff in first so people can at least plan builds.
