Config option --ipv4 and --ipv6 cause an error: Network mode already set #133

--ipv4 enables IPv4 only mode. --ipv6 enables IPv6 only mode. They are mutually exclusive.
But the help text might be confusing since the default says IPv4+IPv6.

What do you think we should make that clearer?

yeah, but I specified only the --ipv4

Then I have fixed that problem already. It works with the current code.

That's I tested the fresh build of the Debian package from my PPA:

# kadnode -v
kadnode 2.4.0 ( bob cmd dns lpd natpmp nss tls upnp )
