InjectExpression

AfterEffects script to read and set expressions on multiply layers.

Workflow

  1. Select a property with an expression
  2. Click on Read out button in the script window
  3. Select all properties which should receive this expression
  4. Click on Inject! button in the script window
  5. Never worry about editing multiply expressions anymore

As an alternative, move the mouse into the script window to enter edit mode and enter the expression manually. This also works, if an expression have been read out, so it's easy to read out, alter, paste an expression.

Installation

Put the script file into ...

As standalone window:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects YOUR VERSION\Support Files\Scripts

As dockable panel:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects YOUR VERSION\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
