feat: allow muting tags and keywords

Describe the feature you'd like to request

The normal BlueSky app lets you mute tags and keywords so you can avoid seeing content around specific things. In GraySky you can’t. It would be nice if it would hide those posts and possibly sync with the keywords you muted on the BlueSky app.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Under Settings > Moderation, alongside Blocks & Mutes there should be a new section for Muted Keywords where you tap it and it opens all the keywords you’ve muted. From there you should be able to add and remove keywords you don’t want to see on any of your feeds.
