Domoticz unresponsive if IKEA Gateway cannot be reached

Dear moroen,

First: Thanks for the plugin! it was great using it while I was using the IKEA Tradfri Gateway. I moved to Zigbee2MQTT as I am adding other devices. As I did that, I switched off my Gateway at home. Domoticz was basically unresponsive and changing settings in Hardware made me have to restart the domoticz service on my RPI2 Buster, Domoticz 2020.2.
Other controls, like my Conexoon (code based on your plugin, another thanks! ) were also unresponsive.

I then removed the IKEA Tradfri hardware from Domoticz as it is obsolete now for now and Domoticz runs smooth again. It seems not being able to connect to the Gateway was causing all sorts of time outs and issues.

I couldnt enable debugging, as that crashed Domoticz. Hard to troubleshoot, but wanted to provide the feedback.
