Please test file creation/deletion using SDFS on SPI 1 to make sure your SD card is ok. |

OK, yes SD card is ok because after checking the 2 files orange.png & bin1.dat are present on the SD card. 2 files orange.png & bin1.dat are created by the sketch . |

It does not mean your SD card working or not.
You should test read/write with file by using code to make sure you connect to the correct SPI port.
SPI1 is the only port that you can use.
I recommend you update the SDK because there are issues about the core.
