目前是不支持的哦~

有没有计划加入这个啊

目前的机制是使用浏览器端原生API和标准的form post协议，如要支持续传需要改造成自定义协议，需要配合新的浏览器才有的API读取文件二进制流进行上传，从复杂性、兼容性考虑，目前不会支持。
