Pull common feeds only ones

If you have multiple users subscribing to the same feeds the current implementation will pull those feeds for every user. This results in unnecessary work for the server.

The way the database is set up this is a pretty big thing to fix.

It's not just a matter of the schema. Miniflux allows the user to modify how and whether content is fetched with the disabled, proxy, and ignore cache flags; custom user agent string; and rewrite, scraping, and filter rules. Deduplicating feeds while keeping all those features is highly impractical.

Diden't think of the rules, that would make it difficult. Maybe better to put a caching proxy in front of it then.
