Allow inserting cursor between letters in console

Problem

Usually when you type you could make a spelling mistake of a node name. When you have noticed that you can't just insert your cursor between the letters and fix it there. So you have to delete the whole sentence! It's a pain. On android this is available tho but on windows it isn't.

Solutions

Allow inserting cursor between words and phrases with mouse

Alternatives

Make the console be more like the android chat thing.

Additional context

This would be useful especially when you write many parameters for commands.

It's already possible to move the caret using the keyboard, but being able to move it with the cursor should be possible too.
