Thanks for your report. This behavior is not exactly a glitch, but a browser specification. It's just not good from a UX perspective and I would like to improve it, but it would be quite a hassle, so it's not a priority.
報告ありがとうございます。この挙動は正確には不具合ではなく、ブラウザの仕様です。ただUX的には良くないので改善したいところですが、かなり面倒なことになるので、優先順位は低くなっています。
