how support it to run in windows

I've never tried on windows (I don't have the environment).
I think it may be needed the following steps:

the environment which can build the PHP binary in windows
the environment which can build the Golang programme
build the embedded PHP dll in Windows
put the dll into $PATH
build the goemphp
