Refreshing the bookshelf cover does not take effect

Steps to reproduce

If a comic is restored from a backup, its cover may be invalid, and the function of refreshing the bookshelf cover does not work. If you cancel the collection of the comic, and then clean up the database. Then search for the comic cover again, it will load normally.

Expected behavior

The refresh bookshelf cover function can re-request the comic source to obtain the cover
