1. Prepare solution

1. Download codebase as ZIP file

1. Import solution in Dataverse

1. Log in to make.powerapps.com
2. Select the environment with a Dataverse database (not the default environment
3. Click Solutions
4. Click Import
5. Browse to the solution file
6. Click Next
7. Click Import
8. Once import completes, click Publish all customizations

2. Edit canvas app

To modify the canvas app in the solution, follow these steps:

1. Lot in to make.powerapps.com
2. Select the environment in which you imported the solution
3. Click Apps
4. Locate the app you wish to modify
5. Click the … to the right of the app name
6. Selecte Edit
7. The app will open in the Power Apps maker studio

3. Add app to Microsoft Teams

Perform the following steps to add the app to a Teams channel:

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. Navigate to the Team channel in which you want to install the app
3. In the team channel, click the + button to add a channel tab and select Power Apps
4. Click Add
5. Select the app from the solution in the list of apps
6. Click Save
7. The selected app will now be accessible from your team
