Build Version: 20220405.6
Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Set the VS Code to Dark theme.
  2. Expand one container app.
  3. Check whether the Dapr icon is easy to see or not.

Expect:
The Dapr icon is easy to see.

Actual:
The Dapr icon is hard to see.
