[Feature] Proposal Client emitter with optional flag can generate basic test project

Clear and concise description of the problem

With the focus on simplifying first time user journey, it may be desirable to create simple test projects to go with generated client SDK.

I do not have strong opinions on all languages, but C# could be a great candiate.
