Pathing for
.\teachertoolis changed to.\code-eval-tool. Additionally, text references to "Teacher Tool" are changed to "Code Evaluation Tool".This is broad change to all path names. If this change is too risky in impact to other elements, we can scale back to just changing the landing page name and text refs in the landing page.
