White line at the top of the window when moving between different displays #10266

Describe the bug

When moving the window from a 4k display to a 1080p the top of the UI gets this white line across it. This appears when the window is maximized.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Move the window to another display with a different resolution or maximize the window on a 1080p resolution.

Expected behavior

To resize properly

Windows version

Windows 10 (21H2): Build 19044

Additional context

My GPU is an RX 6950T, both of my displays are 144 Hz
