To add HTTP snippets generation as a language, the following needs to be done:

We decided that we're going to implement new file formats (such as http snippets) as TypeSpec emitters going forward, rather than inside Kiota, so we should put a pin in this.

We should continue the work here. Kiota standalone needs to generate http snippets from OpenAPI files.

@garethj-msft Wut? Snippet generation is part of the API consumption experience and is a key aspect of the Kiota story. We have 1P customers waiting for this feature and want to use it to generate snippets based on existing OpenAPI files.
