I am unable to run IDFIX on Server 2012. When i click on query option in the IDFIX program, the screen is blan and the message i get is cleared grid. Can someone help me with this issue

Any update on this? I am experiencing the same issue, I also tried running it from a Windows 10 workstations and the same result.
I am running IdFix Version 2.3.0.0

Can't you try running version 2.4.0.0 and see if the issue still occurs?

I'm seeing the same issue on Server 2016 Standard. IdFix version 2.4.0.0
