[Feature]: Add floating labels

Describe the feature that you would like added

It would be cool if the fluentui web-components would support some kind of floating labels for forms.

For example:
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/forms/floating-labels/

The main benefit form this would be saving precious space on display especially on mobile devices. Currently each input has a label assigned above it which takes up a lot of space.
