Exception while running SD XL: Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation

I was working with Stable Diffusion XL with Direct ML (DML) framework and was stuck with the error saying - "Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation"

All the dependencies that were installed were checked.
What could possibly be the issue for this issue ?
Anyone else who got the same issue ?
Any debug help could be helpful.
