Can I connect to hololens which is placed at other location while holocommander UWP app is runing on my windows machine?

My hololens device is placed at location A and windows machine is at location B, When I build and run the holocommander app on my machine, it asks for addeess , username and password,
In the address section I provided the IP address of my network through which I applied the settings to access hololens device portal, so with this IP I can access device portal in my browser, which is a indicator that I can access hololens resources remotely , but when I put the IP address and credentials in hololcommander UWP register popup , and try to connect it simply returns device connection lost.
What could be the possible reason and solution for it please. Thanks
