Pandora controls go off screen on mobile

When I made #667, I didn't test on a multitude of mobile platforms

On many phones the control panel in the player view leaks off the screen when the 👍 and 👎 are added to the left and right of the common controls

I either have to move those controls, or rescale them to fit

My vote would be for rescaling. The buttons seem a tad big.
