Tool to create temporal spring chains in any hierarchy

• namespace support
  • Ask when the selected object doesn't have the same namespace
• context menu:
  • apply,
  • bake,
  • delete,
  • select members (affected objects)
  • support multiselection (presets) for right-click actions
• Filter list by name
• Add confirm pop up for delete
• refresh list button
• Qsettings to store the latest library path
  - [ ] Add support for twist (roll) damper to avoid flip rotation?? First, check if with the Bake simulation option can be avoided.
• tooltip list of members (affected objects) >> Maybe slow down the tool behavior?
• Errors to catch:
  • check if object exist when apply preset, if not, just skip with warning logging
