Please help on how to do upgrade this?

Where's that second package reference line from?
AngleSharp.Css 0.16.4 has a dependency on AngleSharp (>= 0.16.1)

Have you tried deleting the .vs, bin, and obj folders in your original project?

What I did for now just assembly binding which has work so far.

I'm also getting this same error. When I use HtmlSanitizer version 8.0.645 it gives error for AngleSharp v 0.17.0 and when I use Version 8.0.601 its giving error for AngleSharp 0.16.1.

My package reference is

8.0.601

I did not install AngleSharp nuget package, but I checked the dependency is there in bin folder.

I tried reinstalling the package, removing nuget cache and deleting .vs, bin and Obj folder.
