This pre-release brings several updates for cleaner firewall, documentation updates, better user experience etc.

Testing loading firewall was done with:

1. PowerShell Core v7.0.3 on Windows Server 2019 x64 (v1809)
2. Windows PowerShell v5.1 on Windows Enterprise x64 (v2004)

Tested applying all by running all scripts on fresh installed Windows 10 x64 and PowerShell Core 7.0

Tests for Windows Server 2019 x64 and Windows PowerShell were not done since v0.3.0
Individual unit tests were not ran.
