很多实际项目中，数据为空的兜底样式是想要自定义的。

可以直接修改 /components/mescroll-uni/mescroll-uni-option.js 进行全局配置
可以配置up.empty的属性,自定义单独的某个页面
通过css样式覆盖
以上是mescroll-body或mescroll-uni自动判断显示empty, 如果需要自行v-if判断empty组件,提供插槽确实是不错的建议
