Have you also looked at "33e01921-4d64-4f8c-a055-5bdaffd5e33d"? Apparently this is a MS tenant where MS employees can register apps.

Also, I seem to recall coming across first-party (MS managed) apps on the MSA tenant "9188040d-6c67-4c5b-b112-36a304b66dad" but I could be mistaken. Are you sure that no first-party apps reside on the MSA tenant?
