toolbar missing when click "Normal text"

when running the example, click change font, the toolbar disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce

1. clone the source code
2. run example under macos
3. switch to "Decorated field"
4. click the "Description" field, then click the "Normal text".

Thanks for reporting, this is indeed an issue.

Right now toolbar is only shown when the editor has keyboard focus. I'm wondering if this is even needed. Basically we can just always show the toolbar, which maybe even a bit better UX.
