After much trial and error I have found this to be the best approach for integrating vite: dmmulroy/create-melange-app#34 (comment)

As part of my efforts on create-melange-app I plan to work on rewriting/refactoring vite-plugin-melange to utilize Dune's rpc server rather than watching and parsing the log file w/ chokidar

I have an issue made for this work here: dmmulroy/create-melange-app#37
