File::MimeInfo::Magic::mimetype finds magic strings that aren't at the start of the file #44

Consider the following file:

#!/bin/bash
#%PDF-
echo "you've been pwned"

mimetype($filehandle) returns application/pdf, but the file runs as a bash script.

Using File::MimeInfo::Magic v0.27.
