Background color of the knit_asis (black in black)

Hello,
I'm not sure if my question is correctly addressed to this github, but I imagine someone would have an adequate answer.
When I use the tableby function in R markdown or R notebook, the results are displayed in black but the background color of the R is also black.

The only way I can see the results is selecting everything as if I will copy/paste.

I assume I'm facing the wrong setting somewhere in R, but I'm not able to figure out the solution.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It seems this is more a function of your text color vs background color settings. I also have a theme with a black background, but you would need to make sure display text is white.
