Using **en dash** as a number separator when displaying range of a quantitative variable

Hello,

Thanks for this excellent package! I am wondering if it's currently possible to use an en dash instead of a hyphen in a summary table generated by the tableby function? Currently I post process the table to convert hyphens into en dash, but it would be nice if the table automatically had the en dash or at least had an option to control it.
