Bitrate 720P always 3000KBS

Win 10 Pro april Update X64 with updates until today
Kodi Version: KodiSetup-20181028-f237c7e5-master-x64.exe

Hardware:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
Processor: Intel Core i5 9600K
Graphics: Intel UHD 630 (i could try too with GTX 1070, now i have deattached)
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengance DDR4-3000
SDD: Samsung 970 EVO 250GB.

Now, i install the plugin without modify, and start streaming with archive game. Still problem of bitrate.

Hi everyone, please try this: Add-ons -> My Add-ons -> All -> InputStream Adaptive -> (put Stream Selection to Manual, or set the way you like). Then open some NBA video -> its Settings (usually bottom-right) -> (select the quality you want). Kaboom!

(This add-on's video quality settings are/should not be used at all, ignored actually.)

@yzfr1 I had quality of 3000 kbps when playing on 1366x768 full screen on Windows. I tried to play it in window mode with smaller width and height, and then I got different rate. Then I knew it does something automatically, on its own. :)

In settings not have the option of change quality. Maybe i don't understand this last step.

Ok, i updated Kodi to latest nightly and now can switch the video stream and run OK. Thx ivankokan
