It would be nice for some testing environments if support for SMTPUTF8
(https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6531) would be available as option.

smtpd.SMTPServer already has a parameter enable_SMTPUTF8, but it's false by default: https://docs.python.org/3.11/library/smtpd.html#smtpd.SMTPServer
