Cosmetic only but zen...

When you don't have any commerce sites, it doesn't make sense to have the Revenue column in the All websites page.

Maybe add a checkbox in Manage Websites=> Global websites settings => Default Currency for new websites :

[X] Hide column "Revenue" in All Websites page.

User comment:

"I'd like to be able to remove the Revenue column. I use Matomo for personal side projects that, for the most part, don't generate revenue."

Note: The revenue column is automatically hidden if the Goals plugin is disabled. Goals might also define a revenue value, so hiding the column if only ecommerce is disabled might not be the best solution for all cases.
Nevertheless I'd suggest to close this one in favor of #2390

It might be a good idea to do this one along with #18978 so we add & remove 1 column

For the logic, maybe the column could be simply removed from the page, when all the goals for "all websites" have a sum of 0?
