Double bracket links not working in starter template

I don't think the double brackets are looking up files in the wiki when using files in the folder. The starter has a link to [[Hi]] which I (assumed) would look up that example-dir/hi.mdx exists and refer to that in the anchor. Switching the link to [[example-dir/hi]] makes the right <a> href but doesn't do the inline lookup
