Scrolling in memo is not working #6

If a long text is pasted as description, there is no way to scroll it.
Tapping in the text to scroll, puts curser to this point and is blinking.
Is there a way to scroll the text?

Same scrolling is not working, if input more List-entries as visible.
Tapping to scroll is also pointing the curser to input mode.
