Following Poxy 13, it introduced new URIs for Twitter and Sponsor, in addition to the existing ones for GitLab and GitHub. That said, we currently don't have any URIs specifically designed for community engagement—and so, I'd like to suggest them for widely used platforms like Discord, Slack, Matrix, and potentially other popular communication channels that I may have missed.
Additional context:
Discord support small, customizable window that displays information about a server, such as its name, avatar, online members and voice, among others. Should we support it as well? https://discord.com/blog/add-the-discord-widget-to-your-site

This is a good idea; the way 'twitter' is added serves as a good template, but if other socials and community-type things got added I think it would be a good little side-project to generalize that logic a bit (otherwise it'd just be a lot of copying + pasting). Maybe I'll have a look at this over the weekend.
