Ask for IP

This is more of a feature request than an issue.

It would be awesome for localdev to support asking for the "local" IP in addition to the domain.
That way we could test staging environments too, before changing DNS records and so on.

Just an idea.

It would be annoying to get prompted every time. What if there was a switch that you could use to pass in the ip address you want to map to when calling localdev on or localdev toggle ?

Sidenote: I couldn't find a localdev toggle command in the code. I've written a wrapper script to do that instead. Is that just a change you've made to your local version?
