[Enhancement] default app not working

So, a common problem with people have with mailto links is that they do nothing when default app is selected or mailtoui is not used.
That's because their email app settings is not set properly, be it in windows 10 default apps or Chrome > Settings > Site settings > Handlers

I think it's a good idea to add a help icon/button for the default email app button for windows users if their default app is not working or hasn't opened.

The help window would explain to them what is the problem and how to fix it.

Any thoughts?
