Naval Letter Formatter Embedded Into New Layout

Primary Naval Letter formatter code at v2.marines.dev/navalletter is kinda of a subsite. Goal is to embed it into primary container to maintain navigation.

@elisoncrum The application is deployed on Netlify but can easily be changed to github pages deployed naval letter generator. With that being said the UI is 90% finished with minor feature changes and optimization left. The docx formatting of subparagraphs from a parent paragraph still escapes me.
